Calendario, the best kept secret (and tastiest of Salamanca)
Calendario is a rural village in Salamanca, declared a Natural Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. A beautiful village that still retains much of its medieval architecture. It was famous for the activity of the chacinería (pork butchery).
