Tour cancelled two days prior, little help in finding replacement I signed up for a private tour for me and my family in Gran Canaria. Two days before the tour, I was contacted that the tour was cancelled due to a family emergency for the guide. I understand that emergencies happen, my issue was that I received little help in finding an alternative. I was told that an effort was made to find a guide, but none was found. When I used another tour company for a different excursion, a guide cancelled and they were able to find a replacement. When I messaged back asking for advice on finding a different tour, I never received a response. I will not be using this company again and will use the other operator who was much more helpful.

Aida Tours BCN Had a wonderful private tour to Gothic Quarter and Sagrada Familia Church with Aida. Not only was she so informative and knowledgeable, she was so kind and a delight to spend the day with! We just loved her and Barcelona!!!

A glimpse at Gaudi's works Danae met us at our hotel. She was very personable. She took us to Sagrada familia and to park Gruell. She was excellent. She knew so much information.She knew all the good spots for picture taking. She answered all our questions. We throughly enjoyed our time. We walked just enough. She also provided excellent restaurant recommendations.

Una inolvidable experiencia Decidimos contratar un tour privado para visitar Barcelona y contactamos con Tour Travel & More. La experiencia ha sido inolvidable. Todo estaba perfectamente organizado. Disfrutamos de un maravilloso domingo en compañía de nuestra guía, Angels, quien nos mostró una Barcelona increíble con todo tipo de explicaciones históricas, artísticas e incluso sociales de la sociedad burguesa del siglo XIX y XX. Outstanding! This tour was wonderful! Communication with this company was great and payment made easy. Angela was an amazing tour guide and the driver as well. Everything was done in a timely manner. The tour was geared to our interests and our pace. We are so glad we did this! Do not miss out on this experience. And if you're able to, choose to go up on the cable car.

Girona is charming We shortened tour to go directly to Girona. Guide in Girona was excellent. Charming city. There is no guide until Girona. Driver only who was friendly but not a guide.
