The visit was simply wonderful, and largely thanks to the driver, Roberto, and the guide, Corral.Both were extraordinarily professional, attentive and friendly. The company worked with us to price a driver to drop us at the rain station. Very good communication from the company. They seem very reliable.

Excellent airport transfer service! We booked Tour Travel & More to transport us (3 adults) and a LOT of luggage from the Genova airport to an apartment in the east of the city. Despite our very, very late and delayed arrival, our driver was at the airport patiently waiting for us. He helped us with all of our luggage, and transported us safely and quickly home. Highly recommended, and would definitely book again!

Wonderful tour and lunch in Toledo - Day Trip from Madrid Being picked up at our hotel in Madrid helped make the tour both easier and better as we got to enjoy views of Toledo we would have missed if we had taken the train. Being a local of Toledo, our tour guide was able to share both the history and sights of Toledo in a meaningful way. He seemed to know most of the locals and took us to a restaurant that was off the beaten path for a wonderful lunch.

Our driver, John Carlo arrived at our ship dock right on time and expertly drove us to Rome where we met up with our tour guide Marlene. At this point we drove all around the city where Marlene shared the history of buildings, sites and roman culture that were centuries old. We would get out of the car and walk around to get a closer view of various sites as our driver would maneuver back and pick us up to continue on our exploration. Our walk through St Peters was the last place we visited and it was thrilling to spend a little time there. The purpose of our tour was to see all the major sites in Rome in the limited time we had and I would like to say, "Mission accomplished". Thank you John Carlo and Marlene.. Really we can't thank you all enough for arranging this wonderful trip. The car was perfect to get around in the busy streets of Rome, something that we could not have done on our own.

Wonderful experience We would like to thank you for a wonderful tour yesterday. Our tour guide ,Paulo, was excellent. As you know we had some young kids with us and he kept everything relevant in scope while making our day very interesting. We all had a great time. The drivers were on time and got us to our destination safely and efficiently. It was really one of the best tours we have had on our trip to Italy.

Successful visit to Pamplona The guided tour of Pamplona with Mikel was perfect, exactly what I expected.Mikel was able to give us all the planned explanations as well as answers to our questions concerning or not Pamplona, all with good humor.Very good visit and guide to recommend.

A day well spent at Kennedy Space Center We took this tour through Grayline.It was a well organized tour with timely pick up. Brad, our guide gave us good advance information about the facilities and how to prioritise amongst the various attractions at KSC.He also provided us with a good inputs about the various facilities associated with air & space ventures along the way, Orlando landmarks etc, which was very informative.

Wonderful The English speaking guide was very polite, courteous and very friendly and helpful. She took us to all the main places to visit and see. She explained everything very well. The chauffeur driver was very courteous, helpful and polite. Both people were excellent. We are very happy.

Excellent day with exceptional insights Our guide (Nono) was very knowledgeable and eloquent in his explanation of the various points of interest throughout the tour, taking a gentle pace with calm but clear information not only about Alhambra and all it has to offer but also about Granada and surrounding areas.

hôtel sympa ainsi que le personnel je suis une fidèle cliente depuis 2006 , j ' ai séjourné du 7 au 12 décembre 2024, les prix sont abordables , le personnel très professionnel et serviable ( ils nous portent les valises dans la chambre) ; le ménage est fait tous les jours , la décoration est contemporaine ; le petit déjeuner est copieux , on est en sécurité ,des caméras partout , porte blindée à la chambre +coffre-fort; le métro est à proximité et les restaurants alentour aux prix raisonnables; je recommande cet hôtel à mes amies et j'y retournerai à mes prochaines vacances ; le patio est sublime; en résumé cet hôtel est chouette et parle les langues étrangères ; tout est soigné jusqu' à la décoration de très bon goût, on se sent à l' aise , comme à la maison, au calme et en sécurité
