Quality service (guide, car) but not in accordance with the commitment, zero commercial gestures, therefore not honest The seller Patricio sold me for 800€ an 8-hour day including pick up in Seville at my hotel (and return), guided tour of Cordoba for 3 hours with quote “entrance included” of the mosque and the alcazar. This, repeated twice in the email. Upon arrival, the guide asked me to pay the entrance fees for the mosque because she did not have the tickets, then she told us that unfortunately the alcazar was closed for work....I therefore asked to be reimbursed for the tickets for the mosque as well as compensation for the visit to the alcazar which did not take place, although mentioned in the description of the day. I was told first that I misunderstood, then when I attached the screenshots of the email describing the service, or twice it says “entrance included”Patricio agreed that it was an error, not on his part but on the part of the AI that had automatically generated the description. But that’s not like a word of apology or a commercial gesture. At my insistence, radio silence, my messages are no longer open. It is still an overpriced service 800€, I think the margin is comfortable, and even if the guide in Cordoba was top, I am not satisfied with this agency.

It's worth giving a try to Memphis tours for booking your itinerary for Morocco they do good job. We booked our tour through Memphis tours and we booked a private tour with them which was really good and the Driver Mr Larbee was a true gentlemen. He gave us good tour throughout the 10 day journey and he was very knowledgeable about everything we needed to know about all the cities. Memphis tours really organised a nice tour and all the hotels they gave us were excellent and the lunch that was included in some places was amazing as we were all vegetarian.

Private Tour of Versailles & Louvre . . . Wonderful! Spectacular! Informative! We visited the magnificent palace of Versailles on October 15. Our driver, Kamal, arrived promptly to pick us up at our hotel and greeted us pleasantly and professionally. Victoria, our tour guide, met us at our hotel and accompanied us during the drive to the town of Versailles. During the drive, we pointed out major Parisian landmarks and buildings and provided us with a clear explanation of the history of each. In addition, she was very knowledgeable and directed us to the palace sites that would provide us with the experience we needed to feel immersed in Versailles. Our questions were answered fully and to our complete satisfactionOnce our Versailles visit ended, we were on our way to The Louvre. Here too, Victoria was able to direct us to the artwork and displays that allowed us to experience this wonderful place fully. We returned to our hotel in awe!This particular excursion was created especially for us by Tour Travel & More, and we were NOT shortchanged or disappointed. We enjoyed the experience completely and will recommend Tour Travel & More to all our friends, as well as to our travel agent who can, in turn, recommend the company to her clients.

Wonderful day trip with private driver/guide Our private guided tour arranged by Tourtravel&more to San Gimignano and Sienna from Florence was wonderful! It was just my husband and myself and we were thrilled to get out of the tourist packed city. We were very impressed with Alessandro Demi. He was an excellent guide and driver. He included a stop at the Florence American Cemetery and Memorial which was very special. My husband and I really appreciated this stop. The trip provided us with beautiful views of the country side and the stop for lunch, at Alessandro’s suggestion, in the village of Monterrggioni was perfect! It was a great day!

Amazing day in Pompeii! The private Pompeii tour was amazing! It was all we could have asked for in a European excursion. We were picked up from our hotel and met in Pompeii by our guide Celeste who spent 2.5 hours walking us through Pompeii and giving us the history and stories that go along with it. We were then met by our driver and brought back to our hotel. Everything was well organized and seamless! Highly recommend this tour and Celeste!

Review for Adnan – Dubai Airport Pickup I had a great experience with Adnan, who picked me up from Dubai Airport and dropped me off at my hotel. His driving was exceptionally smooth, and the ride was very comfortable. Adnan was also very polite and engaging, making the journey enjoyable with good conversation. A Truly Unforgettable Day in Beautiful Québec City Our four-hour tour of Québec City last Friday was absolutely unforgettable. From start to finish, Jean made the day so special — kind, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about the city’s history and charm. It felt less like a tour and more like spending the day with someone who genuinely loves and takes pride in sharing this beautiful city.Jean made sure we saw all the highlights — the historic Old Town, stunning overlooks, and so many picturesque spots perfect for photos. The pace was relaxed, and he was always attentive, checking in to be sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. The car was spotless, comfortable, and added an extra touch of luxury to the experience.What stood out most was Jean’s thoughtfulness. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, anticipating details before we even asked. It’s rare to find that level of care and professionalism combined with such genuine kindness.This was easily one of the best tours we’ve ever taken — meaningful, memorable, and filled with beauty at every turn. Québec City stole our hearts, and Jean’s wonderful tour was a big part of why. We can’t recommend him highly enough!

Wonderful tour We had a great morning at the Colosseum. You have to see this to believe it. The tour was well organized and the guide is a genuinely attentive and well-informed lady. We relied on her and the support staff to make sure that everything goes well. We are certainly NOT disappointed. The cost was well worth it and compares well with other tours we researched.
