Itinerary
Around 7 am in the morning, you will depart from Arusha to Tarangire which is located about 2 hours from Arusha town. You will go for a game drive for 4 hours until lunch time, which will be served at a picnic site inside Tarangire. This park is a prime zone for the African elephant with the largest population density of elephants in Tanzania, plus many antelopes, giraffes, lions and leopards. After exiting the park at 4pm, you will head to Mto wa Mbu town located about 45 minutes’ drive north for your dinner and rest.
Highlights of the day: large herds of Elephants, zebra, lions & leopards, wildebeests, elands, numerous birds, Tarangire river, poachers’ hide and giraffes.

After breakfast, you will go to a Maasai village to explore their age-old traditions and culture for 1.5 hours and transfer to Manyara for a game drive, inside Manyara national park, which is located just 30 minutes’ drive from the village. You will start off at the hippo pool and around the lake, all the way to Maji moto geothermal hot water springs. You will have lunch at a picnic site inside Manyara, and exit the park, at 4pm back to Mto wa mbu.
Highlights of the day: The great rift valley escarpment, dance with the Maasai, beautiful lake Manyara view, hippos, elephants, tree-climbing lions, giraffes, numerous migratory birds, including flamingos.

After an early check out, you will transfer to Serengeti through Ngorongoro, Loduare and Naabi gates to Seronera, which is located at the center of Serengeti, where you will lodge for 3 nights. Tourist can opt to visit the Olduvai gorge while on the road to Serengeti in the afternoon for a tour of the museum and archaeological artifacts. After lunch you will go for a late afternoon game drive around Seronera, which is a big cat’s zone, with common sightings of Cheetahs, lions, leopards etc., and return back to your accommodation for dinner and rest before 6pm.

This is a hotspot for numerous species of wildlife, with a world class wildlife viewing spectacle. You will go for an early game drive around Seronera, rest for lunch and continue for a game drive until evening hours as you observe the sun setting on the beautiful African horizon across the endless plains of Serengeti until your return to the lodge.

You will continue with you game drive inside the majestic Serengeti, expanding your scope as far as Moro Kopjes and the mara river. As this is your last day in Serengeti, you will also observe the numerous conservation projects that are underway in preserving the immense wealth of natural resources in this legendary park, until evening hours.

After check out, you will exit the Serengeti, enter Ngorongoro through Naabi-Ngorongoro gate early in the morning and descend 600 meters down this beautiful and legendary crater for a 4 hours’ game drive. You will have lunch at Ngoitoktok springs inside the crater and continue the tour to Lerai forest inside the crater. You are expected to exit the crater, around 4pm to travel about 2 – 3 hours back to Arusha which marks the end of the tour.
