Arusha National Park covers Mount Meru. This is prominent volcano with an elevation of 4566m. It is located in the Arusha Region. This is northeast of Tanzania.

The park is small but it varied with incredible landscapes in there different areas.

In the west, the Meru Crater funnels the Jekukumia River. Ngurdoto Crater in the south east is grassland. Mount Meru is the second highest peak in Tanzania. This is after Mount Kilimanjaro.

Arusha National Park lies on a 300 kilometre axis of Africa’s most famous national parks. This runs from Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater.

The park is located a few kilometres north east of Arusha.

This Private Tour will begin from Arusha and your hotel located there. We can also arrange pick up from Moshi or even from KIA (Kilimanjaro International airport).

Points of Interests and Landmarks

After a comfortable pick up, we will head towards Arusha National Park.

Once there, we will start the walking safari. A ranger will accompany you for a unique experience and who will be at your disposition. The ranger will guide you through the rainforest and up to the sparkling waterfall.

Here you will spot black and white Colubus monkeys.

After lunch, hop on our land cruiser. We will then enjoy a game drive. This will take you through important parts of the park.

This will include enjoying: the lakes of Morella, the Ngurduto Crater.

If we are lucky, you can spot Buffalo, waterbuck, giraffe, warthogs, zebras, gazelle as well as many births pieces.
