Brussels airport Security.
Because of unfamiliarity with local travel in Brussels and getting through luggage screening getting to the gate to 30 to 40 minutes longer than I had planned for. So had I done things knowingly I’m sure it would’ve only taken 15 minutes or so. I have no complaints because I was just unfamiliar with everything I should’ve done to keep getting through the screening machines without delay.

Too short
We had a great experience. Our only issue was the time. With 1 hour travel in each direction, it left just enough time to see the buildings/ rooms and hear the history but left no time for lunch or browsing in shops.

Giuseppe was excellent.

Amazing.
Absolutely fantastic. The team were extremely easy to contact and arrange itemisation. The guide was an absolute star as was the driver. The car was a Mercedes E class - beautiful. Have no regrets. An amazing experience.

Great BCN experiences
I have used this company a few times now over several years for Barcelona transfers from the airport as well as a four hour private vehicle for sightseeing. Everything is always great! Pompei private tour.
We had a great day in Pompei. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable on the site details and fun facts. He was very engaging and spoke very good English. I would highly recommend him. The tour was perfect and the guides spent the perfect amount of time with us.

Wonderful private tour!
Wonderful private tour and our guide was amazing! Knowledgeable and funny! Would absolutely recommend this tour for a small group that wants a private experience that in dudes transportation between key places! Make sure you book as far in advance as possible because tickets to Sagrada Familia sell out quickly and weeks in advance!

The Beauty of Gaudi and Barcelona
Our tour was outstanding. Instead of reading a book about Gaudi and looking at photos, we opened our eyes and minds and listened to his history while we experienced his structures. Our tour guide paced the entire 4 hours beautifully, so we never felt rushed or overwhelmed, and helped our grandson remember to use the bathrooms😊 We have been to Barcelona before but we’re not able to get inside Sagrada Familia. What an anwesome experience! Our driver was ready to pick us up and drop us off at the best locations. We passed by the many lines and groups of tourists and felt blessed we could see and hear everything without waiting outside or at the gift shop. Very interesting history of the Barcelonians who went to the Indies and brought back wealth and manufacturing to the city. Loved seeing the homes and hearing the stories of the families. I highly recommend this tour and company. Everything went smoothly, and even though it didn’t look like our grandson was listening, he remembered all sorts of stories about Gaudi from this tour. Exactly what his grandparents, both retired teachers, wanted from this experience🥰

Wonderful tour with our guide Eva
This tour was excellent. Our guide,Eva, was knowledgeable, charming, and attentive to our fellow tourist. This was really worth our time. One comment, this is a physically challenging tour. Lots of climbing, slippery rocks, crowded. Be prepared. I saw a fellow tour mate with a walking stick … smart guy! I would not do this tour in the rain, rocks too slippery. All in all a great time.

Spent a great day in Rome
We had a great experience! The driver and the guide were pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. Everything was right on time, and they kept to our tight schedule. I was pleasantly surprised at the depth of both tours. The timing was perfect. Both Marcos and Giuseppe were very professional. I want to thank you for working with me to create a day that was individualized for our travel needs. I have absolutely no complaints!

La experiencia con Sergio y Sergio fue fantástica de principio a fin. Tanto el guía como el chófer fueron extremadamente amables, profesionales y atentos durante toda la jornada. La visita a Itálica, al Monasterio de San Isidoro y a la Cartuja fue apasionante, muy bien organizada y perfectamente equilibrada. Además de la calidad de las explicaciones, quiero destacar también la simpatía y la disponibilidad de ambos durante toda la mañana.

Perfecto
Tuve una experiencia maravillosa con Pepa durante la visita del Alcázar, la Catedral y la Judería de Sevilla. Pepa es una guía excepcional: culta, apasionada y muy interesante. No solo conoce perfectamente la historia y la arquitectura de la ciudad, sino que además sabe transmitirlas de una manera viva, clara y apasionante. La visita estuvo perfectamente adaptada a mis intereses y curiosidad, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más enriquecedora. Gracias a sus recomendaciones, también pude descubrir otros lugares, restaurantes y lecturas que mejoraron muchísimo el resto de mi estancia en Andalucía. Fue un verdadero placer compartir este día con ella. Recomiendo esta visita sin ninguna duda.

Impeccable
Excelente experiencia durante el traslado entre Sevilla y Granada. El coche era muy cómodo y el trayecto resultó muy agradable. El conductor fue extremadamente amable, profesional y puntual, con una conducción impecable durante todo el recorrido. Después de varios días intensos de visitas, agradecí muchísimo poder hacer este trayecto en condiciones tan cómodas y tranquilas. Un servicio totalmente recomendable.

Not nearly enough time!
My family and I had a simply incredible time touring through this remarkable museum. Two hours was not nearly enough with our incredibly knowledgeable and entertaining guide. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants a really curated experience at the Guggenheim in Bilbao.

Amazing from start to finish
Our tour and activity through your company was amazing from start to finish I thought I may have to cancel due to long lineups through immigration after getting off the ship however, Luigi, our driver was in constant contact with us from the day before till he picked us up, he was awesome. Then when we landed in Pompeii, Romeo was our private guide and he is a wealth of knowledge. A very, very good tour guide and I would highly recommend him again. Your company from start to finish made the experience amazing for the six of us who were in our group. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone else looking to do the same. I’m fact I have already passed the contact information on to someone who is trying to book today.

Great Day trip to Sintra and Cascais
Our Guide, Eduardo Nuno was very informative and patient with our group. He showed us all the castles and well at Sintra, recommended a great restaurant, Cafe Paris. We went on to visit Cabo do Rica Cliffs and Cascais beach town.

Overlord Tours -Mont St-Michel
Mont St-Michel can be very crowded and we were visiting on a holiday. Our tour guide from Overlord, Jean, reached out and arranged an early departure so we could beat the crowds and have the best experience. He was absolutely right. Jean shared all the history of the Mont, laced with stories only a local would know. He led us expertly through the village to the Abbey. He knew the best photo stops, too. Because it’s a 90 minute ride to-from Bayeux, we discussed and learned so much about agriculture, cuisine, regions of France, history and more. A truly wonderful day.

Marcela Kveonova, guide in Prague
The concierge at the Augustin hotel arranged for Ms Marcela Kvetonova to be our guide on a walking tour of Prague. Marcela was outstanding! Really enthusiastic and so well informed. She brought the city to life for us and kept up a steady pace for 6 hours. We were a group of adults and she pitched her presentations just right!We would recommend her to anyone looking for a serious guide in Prague. The Augustin hotel was excellent and offered every help and support to makew our 3 day stay a joy.

Beautiful and cool 5 stars plus hotel in the city of Prague
The W Hotel Prague is centrally located and consists of two connected buildings. The 1. Building is a historic and listed building. The building houses some very nice rooms and a Grand Café and the Cocktail Bar minus one. In the second building are further rooms the W Lounge and the Spa and Fitness area. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Since everything is brand new there are no complaints. Staff are very friendly and helpful. In the minus one you can notice that all employees love their job. The person in charge is also one of the top 3 bartenders in the country.For Bonvoy members: You get a nice upgrade and breakfast is also free.

Wunderschönes und Cooles 5 Sterne plus Hotel in der City von Prag
Das W Hotel Prag ist Zentral gelegen und besteht aus zwei verbundenen Gebäude. Das 1. Gebäude ist ein Historisches und unter Denkmalschutz stehendes Gebäude. In dem Gebäude sind einige sehr schöne Zimmer untergebracht und ein Grand Café und die Cocktail Bar minus one. Im zweiten Gebäude sind weiter Zimmer die W Lounge und das Spa und der Fitness Bereich. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig. Da alles ganz neu ist gibt es keine Beanstandungen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im minus one kann man merken das alle Mitarbeiter ihren Job lieben. Die Verantwortliche Person ist auch einer der Top 3 Barkeeper des Landes. Für Bonvoy Member: Man bekommt ein schönes Upgrade und Frühstück ist auch kostenlos.
