Perfect organization
We only requested a driver for a morning and the purchase of entrance tickets, as we preferred to visit the Valley of the Queens and Habu Medinet on our own. The driver was very friendly, understanding, and a careful driver. Communication via email with Pilar Collaretti was efficient, and the agency adapted well to our needs, offering a quality service at a reasonable price.

Amazing Visit to Teotihuacan
Spent an amazing day with David leading our private tour and Wendy driving us to each sight. Our first stop was the Acolman Convent - we were the only ones there and David eloquently gave us the history. Then a short drive to Teotihuacan. What a sight! Even though it is busy, the crowd is spread out. We were there midday so Wendy gave us bottles of water and an umbrella for shade. Both David and Wendy took such good care of us. Lots of interesting information and we climbed both pyramids. Don’t miss the carvings at the Quezacotyl pyramid - hidden and amazing : worth the steep climb to see them. Then a drive back to Mexico City and the Guadeloupe Shrine. It was a full eight hour day that flew by quickly. We were deposited back at our hotel and we were sorry to say goodbye to David and Wendy. A thoroughly enjoyable and interesting day - can’t recommend it highly enough. If you go, ask for David to be your guide.

A day in Burgos

Pompeii and Sorrento day trip

The booking process was smooth and painless, Patricio coordinated everything seamlessly and was very responsive to emails. Our driver Gianluca was also very helpful with giving us restaurant recommendations in Sorrento despite it being off season. Our Pompeii guide Paolo was fabulous, giving us such an in depth and entertaining tour of the archeological site! A great experience overall!

Walking tour of the center. Don’t do it. By far too expensive for what you get …
Tour too expensive (€380 for the family) for a simple walking tour of the city center, including a visit to the castle, which has nothing particularly special in its interiors (all refurbished and still under restoration). Friendly guide.

Excellent Tour with Paola
My guide, Paola, was lovely. She provided not only history of Milan but the day-to-day nuances about Milanese life. As a solo traveler, it was especially nice to have someone to talk to and have conversation with (in English, and she allowed me to practice my Italian). She noted my interests and tailored the tour accordingly. Highly recommend.

Great private tour of Paris highlights.
Reda as driver and Natalie as guide made our private tour of Paris awesome. We got in everything we wanted to do which was a lot , Notre Dame, Montmarte, the Cemetary, some shopping and more . Definitely recommend you do the full day private tour . A bit pricey but well worth it.

Never again with Get Your Guide
If I could do it over, I'd take the group tour (about 1/3 the price). We spent $987 with Get Your Guide for a private day tour of Neuschwanstein Castle, Oberammergau, and the Ettal Monastery. These are iconic places to visit, but not worth the money for GYG's so-called "services." Note: GYG outsources to local "guides." Ours was little more than a private car service -- a reckless driver who provided very little information in broken English. Problems: (1) He provided us with tickets for the 11:35 AM Castle tour. He should have known that there was no way to do a castle tour, spend time in Oberammergau, and still have time for the monastery. (2) Our GTG "guide" rushed to get us to Hohenschangau (below the castle) -- two hours before the scheduled tour. The weather was freezing. He left us at a horse-drawn carriage and told us to call when we got back. (3) Another tour guide, however, actually accompanied his guests in the carriage to the castle and made sure they got in on schedule. (4) The castle tour was just a standard walk-up (20 Euros pp -- not "private") and didn't cover much of the castle. But ... what we saw of the castle was great, and the vistas were absolutely beautiful. (5) Luckily, that other guide took pity on us and got us into the castle waiting room (usually off limits) and sparing us an hour in a breezy -19C (-2F). I could say more, but: (a) the Castle is beautiful and worth a trip -- just not at this price; (b) I would not book with GYG again; and (c) Oberammergau is wonderful and worth more than the hour and a half we had for lunch and a quick visit to a few shops. We were so far behind schedule, we had to skip the abbey.

I was in Germany, and my husband and I decided to take a list minute trip to Dachau before we left for home. I called Travel Tour at the last minute, and they were able to accommodate my needs, which included Picking us up from the train station, and all our luggage, taking us to Dachau and then driving us to the Munich Hilton Airport. Our driver was very nice, professional and we felt very much at ease. There was a problem with the service on my ship, so it took a while for my payment to go through, and Travel Tours did not give up on me.

Memorable travel experience by Tour Travel and more
It was more-than-wonderful experience especially for accommodating our tailored route to Rothenburg ob der Tauber including the stop at Ingolstadt Village.The driver arrived ahead of time and was extremely friendly and pleasant and had a lot of information to offer and made great suggestions and recommendations as well. He was very warm and accommodating and was completely at our disposal and made sure our journey was as comfortable and convenient as possible even on hard to reach tourist spots which was wonderful and much appreciated. The tour guide was full of energy with deep understanding and knowledge of the town. She is very charismatic, extremely friendly and kind. It was so pleasant and entertaining spending time with her, she gives genuine warm friendly vibes and you warm up really quickly to her. Last but not least at all is Ms. Pilar Collaretti from TT&M who I would like to thank the most because she was the reason this memorable experience was possible, thanks to her efficiency and attentiveness we were able to coordinate this “special” journey with a few back and forth emails without which our plan would not have worked so smoothly and I must highlight her prompt responses even on-the-spot emails.

Spectacular Salzburg
Having the ability to book a private tour with a local guide who grew up in Salzburg was simply a treat. DD took particularly good care of us while we took a walking tour around the city. His expertise on the history of the city mixed in with personal stories about his childhood and family growing up in the city during the war were highlights for me. The rest of my family commented that they were looking forward to returning to Salzburg for several more days to explore this charming city. Thanks DD for spending the day with us!

Tour of Dachau Concentration Camp by Radius Tours - September 2024
My daughter, son-in-law and I took a guided tour of Dachau with Radius Tours in Munich. The tour of Dachau was amazing and very humbling at the same time. The tour was given to us by Mark Pearson, who is an incredible tour guide! Mark was very knowledgeable and knew in detail the rise to power of Hitler and the consequences to follow before, during and after the war. If you ever have a chance to visit Dachau thru Radius Tours, be sure t ask for Mark as your guide. You will not be disappointed!

Berlin la gran desconocida
Tras su época tan oscura, Berlin resurge convertida en una gran metrópoli con restos de su pasado más oscuro, no dejéis de visitar el muro de Berlín, sus graffitis, coged el metro porque así podréis ver los restos de la época Nazi de las estaciones que conducían a lugares sin retorno, su museos están bien, no olvidéis ir al memorial judio y si vuestra idea es volver a revivir algunas escenas de Malditos Bastardos de Quentin Tarantino no os perdáis los emplazamientos que os indique la guía para poder tomar algo por la noche, son mejores de lo que esperábamos.
