Between 48 hours and 24 hours before your arrival time, we will need to have a confirmation of all these details to make your transfer service perfect.

We do not limit the number of baggage. But we would please ask you to inform how many baggage’s you will be traveling with only for logistic matters. Occasionally a larger vehicle may be needed, and additional fees may apply.

If you require a baby seat or child seat, please contact with us before your flight or cruise to organize it correctly.

• 48 hours prior to first service date: Free Cancellation on guide and private vehicle with chauffeur. Any type of entrance tickets have no refund.
• Less than 48 hours prior to first service date: No Refund. Payment of 100%.
