great tour, worth the cost Did the private tour with my family. Arrived by train around 915 and guide met us at the train station. She set up a taxi for us to get to the city center at the aquaduct. Our guide Coral was very personable and made the tour a very enjoyable experience. She also went above and beyond and helped us find a restaurant that caters to vegetarians and meat eaters alike. She checked with the restaurants what items could be made vegetarian and even made a reservation for us. Overall, great tour and would recommend to anyone.

Afternoon walking tour with Sergio, Corpo Santo Hotel The afternoon walking tour focused on historical places - 1st and 2nd bookstores, historical buildings that cannot be changed, historical shops, and a historical skywalk, among other things. Sergio was very knowledgeable, told us information about each historical building and answered questions, He was patient, and made sure we all stayed together and everyone was present. The timing was just right so we did not get tired walking. The tour took place in another section of town from the morning tour so again I became more comfortable with walking around in that section of town, how it connected to the area of the morning tour, and how to get back to the hotel on my own. The hotel was very nice and clean, modern, and well kept. the staff really looked out for you, and if you looked lost they would ask if you needed help. There were snacks available at all times, and there was usually a pleasant surprise sent up to your room in the middle of the afternoon. The concierge were very helpful with restaurants, and when I missed another walking tour in a different section of the town because of a glitch in that company's email system, Miguel helped me get a refund. I loved the breakfast -- I knew it would not be a buffer, and I liked the idea of staying in one place and getting the service. I found the wait staff very attentive and quick to get you anything you needed. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Corpo Santo Hotel, and would definitely stay again if I should visit Lisbon.

Wonderful 3 hours spent in Segovia! Coral (sp?) met us right on time at our hotel and she was very professional and knowledgeable!She walked us all over the city and explained everything in great detail and clear English.Gave us wonderful recommendations for lunch.Wish we could take her with us for the rest of our stops in Spain.Highly recommend this tour, only wish they had sent confirmation via email or text about meeting us at our hotel like I have had with tour companies.

Best way to spend 3 hours in Segovia Maria was a wonderful guide! She met us at the train station, immediately introduced herself, and whisked us off on a 3 hour tour of the highlights of Segovia. She included stops that we had not considered but provided additional insight into the history of the city. Her knowledge, good sense of humor, and personality made for a most pleasurable tour. She understood that we had limited time and managed it very well. She was prepared to accommodate persons with lesser mobility but we did not need the accommodation. We felt we got everything we could out of our brief visit because of Maria’s professionalism, expertise and knowledge. We would definitely recommend her.
